Do the kittens seem like they are still hungry?
Does it seem like she doesn't want to nurse them?

Maybe the little 1's are biting a bit too hard on the mom so she walks away for awhile to stop the pain. She could be showing them in her own way not to bite her so hard.
Do the kittens seem like they are healthy though? They may be hungry, but if they aren't skinny or look under nurished then it might not be something to worry about.
