Dylan's insistent that he needs to try fruit and vegetables, e.g. banana, tomato etc.

If I let him smell them he'd probably try to eat them, would it do any harm if he managed to eat some tomato or banana?

Dylan's a feline dustbin just to clarify matters.

My boy EJ & my girl Lady do like to eat some fruits & veggies. I've given them a little bit of "people food" every now & then & they have been just fine, they've never been sick.

I would give Dylan some people food, but not alot. Give him little bits whenever he seems interested or maybe a couple times a week. You don't want him to get too interested in people food & not want to eat his cat food.

Thanks Sapphire :) We've tried Dylan on cat food, some of it he'll eat, other bits he says are very poisonous and he can't eat it :dunno:

LOL...Dylan is a smart cat! :D

It's hard sometimes with cats we adopt/rescue to find the food they will like. I know I had a hard time with EJ after I brought him in from outside (he was a stray on my back porch that wanted in). I tried alot of different cat foods until I found the 1 he really seemed to like. He ate all the different 1's, but not like he did with the 1 he seemd to really prefer.
