Clarification please?

OK, I'm confused. Are these recipes meant for cats, or people? Because I've noticed that some recipes contain garlic and onions, which I've been told are very bad for animals. Others are recipes with fruits, grains and vegetables - I thought cats were carnivores? Please help me here, because I would love trying different things to feed my cats besides chow, but I don't want to give them something that was meant as people food (on the other hand, I don't want to eat something that was meant for the kitties :p) Thanks!

They are all cat food recipes.

I will admit the do look like they could be for people, but rest assured they were found on a reputable cat site to post here for cats. :)
