He is 4 years old. About 3 days ago, he became very sluggish. He eats only a little every day and drinks hardly at all. He will not move from his bed. Not even to go outside. Just this evening, he urinated all over himself. Every once in a while he meows. Any advice?

Best advice I can give to you is to get your cat to the vet. He/she can take the tests that will be needed to figure out why your cat is so sick.
