Nice to meet you all. I'm in Newport News, Virginia and am working from home doing online transcription. I'm 53 yo, married, and ALWAYS have to have a cat in my life.
My kitty Nikki just passed away from a sudden colon cancer, but we've gotten a new sweet little 5 month old kitten we named Gracie. She's currently getting over her spaying and dealing with a course of antibiotics because of an upper respiratory infection she caught while at the SPCA. I imagine she's going to be a hand-full once she's up to her full healthy self.

Oops! Nope, that attachment was not my kitty. I was trying to figure out how to get a pic in my signature or to display with my name.
Here's a pic of my kitty Gracie.
And thanks for the greeting. :)
