She will let them go, makes me so mad. Sometimes she will hide them in my shoes and that sure enough ticks me off. Only once did she bring it directly to me, almost lost her that day.

my outdoor cat catches mice and moles and she brings them onto the porch then she sits there yowling at the door until I look out and tell her what a good girl she is.

My cats like to play with the mice and birds and tease them for a while. Then they go in for the kill and leave it for me to find later.

Our cat is a strictly indoor cat. he has never been outside except in his carrier to go to the vet or groomer or kennel if need be. He is afraid of mice and birds, once a bird landed on the window sill where he was on the inside and the bird was outside and my sweet little fraidy cat ran and hid under a chair in a panic. It was really cute to see him act like this as he is usually so curious and friendly.

I have one that likes to go outdoors, we got her as an adult and she was an indoor outdoor cat when we got her, she goes out looking for mice and when she catches it she has to throw it all around, roll around in the grass with it, carry it around the yard, then after all that she will pick a spot to sit and eat it.

My cat has caught a bunny and brought it in the house. I have heard a lot of stories about cats bringing things in the house and I couldn’t believe it, well now I do.

I had a cat that played with mice by tossing them up and then sort of batting them accross the room. She would do this until the poor mouse could no longer move.
