Fred & myself will be enforcing the rules very much when it comes to people signing up to want to spam the board or members signing up to possibly troll around the board by using multiple user accounts under 1 IP address.

Fat Cat is a safe, fun haven for people to come to enjoy talking about their love for cats, not to have to wade through spam posts or deal with ignorant people coming on here to anger the good members here.
