We had some seriously dangerous & severe thunderstorms/tornado warnings come through our area last night.
It started about 8:00pm last night, the wind picked up very badly, the lightning was dangerous & scary.
There's alot of wind damage around in a lot of areas, not to mention a huge amount of people all around Illinois without power because of the storms.
We were lucky that we didn't lose power, the lights went really low, but didn't go out. Now like 2 blocks down from us the lights are all out.
I'm just glad that we were safe through those bad storms last night, I've never been more scared.
Here is a picture of a new storm coming in that I took from the window of my office just a little bit ago.
You can normally see the Sears Tower from the angle I took the picture in that window, the clouds are so low that you can't even begin to see it.
*sigh* more rain on the way...
