Hello, I just registered onto FatCats Forum and want to go ahead and introduce myself. I am a huge animal lover, and currently have 2 cats (an 11-year old grumbly kitty named Morphia and her latest nemesis, a 5-6 month old kitten named Skit that we picked rescued off the street - who was supposed to be adopted by a friend once we caught her. Except the friend had adopted 3 cats by the time we'd managed it :dunno:). Morphia has been with me since my first year living in an apartment after I left the college dorms. She originally had a brother - Bright Eyes - who unfortunately passed away a few years back. My husband also had a cat, Luna, who passed very unexpectedly just over a year ago. We also have a ferret (Oatmeal), and a few ferts that we are fostering for a local shelter. They also cause poor Morphia (and Skit, to a lesser extent) much grief due to their repeated attempts to play with her. However, as I mentioned, she is a bit grousy, and the only other animal she ever got along with was Bright Eyes. Anyway, I think I've nattered on long enough for an intro.
